السلام عليكم ممكن مساعدة ولو شرح قليل ولكم جزيل الشكرUse Peng/Robinson EOS to plot the PV diagram for steam (Range: 0 < V < 600 cm[SUP]3[/SUP]/mol.)
Show three isotherms on the PV diagram; T[SUB]1[/SUB] > T[SUB]C[/SUB] (T[SUB]1[/SUB] = 450[SUP]o[/SUP]C), T[SUB]2[/SUB] = T[SUB]C[/SUB] (T[SUB]2[/SUB] = 373.9[SUP]o[/SUP]C), and T[SUB]3[/SUB] < T[SUB]C[/SUB] (T[SUB]3[/SUB] = 324[SUP]o[/SUP]C)
For T[SUP]sat[/SUP] = 324[SUP] o[/SUP]C, use the EOS to calculate the corresponding P[SUP]sat[/SUP] and compare it to the experimental value. Use both the V[SUP]V[/SUP] & V[SUP]l[/SUP] in your calculation. Comment on the results.
For the following saturation points, use the EOS to calculate the saturation volumes: (100[SUP]o[/SUP]C, 1.0133 bar), (280[SUP]o[/SUP]C, 64.202 bar), (324[SUP]o[/SUP]C, 118.992 bar) [Use Solver]. Also calculate the critical volume. Compare the calculated values to the experimental ones (find the error %); comment on the results. Plot the saturation points on the same PV diagram and connect them to get the saturation dome.
Discuss the volume roots for six different pressure values with reference to T[SUB]C[/SUB] (373.9[SUP]o[/SUP]C) & T[SUP]sat[/SUP] (324[SUP] o[/SUP]C): P > P[SUB]C [/SUB], P = P[SUB]C [/SUB], and P < P[SUB]C [/SUB] (T ≥ T[SUB]C[/SUB] , P > P[SUP]sat[/SUP] , P = P[SUP]sat[/SUP] , & P < P[SUP]sat[/SUP] ). Indicate the No. of real roots and the state/status (liquid, Sat. liquid, liquid-like, meaningless, vapor-like, Sat. vapor, vapor). Show the roots on the graph.
