PLEASE READ THE INSTRUCTION CAREFULLY
Below is a list of eighteen topics. These are 'very broad topic', i.e. very general. Before Thursday's class.
Make sure that each of you gets a general idea (reading something like two- to five- sentences long) about the topics just to have an idea what they are. You don't have to research any topic. I wrote you one introductory paragraph to the first one. This is how much I need you to know about each of the topics.
At this stage, you do NOT need to refer to any academic sources. Any quick internet search (even on Wikipedia) will be enough. I just need you to know what each topic is about.
