We are looking to recruit a young, Bahraini graduate for a Consultant role to join our Human Capital service line, which assists clients with all their HR related Organization Development projects.
A candidate with prior consulting experience and knowledge in the following areas of HR Consultancy, is desirable but not mandatory:
- Designing Job descriptions
-HR Strategy & Policies and Procedures
- Organizational Diagnostic Review
- Performance Management Review
- Succession Planning
- Job Evaluation & Grading; and
- Compensation & Benefits Benchmarking, etc.
Experience & Knowledge:
· 0-2 years of experience - minimum bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources or similar from a
reputed University or educational institution.
· A professional qualification (pursuing or attained) such as CIPD, SHRM, etc is preferred.
· Understanding of the Bahrain Labour Law and other relevant laws and HR best practices in the
region
Desired Skills & Other Requirements:
· Desire to gain and demonstrate technical knowledge and experience within HR consulting –including analyzing client issues, determining data collection and data analysis strategies, strategizing potential solutions, and preparing client-ready reports
· Demonstrate the underlying technical attributes expected for the grade.
· Should be well organized and be able to work based on the pre-defined workflows.
· Demonstrate ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and resolve problems
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Proficient computer skills – Microsoft office
