My neighborhood

My name is Noor and I live in Muharraq. My house is on Shikh Salman Road. There is a garden next to my house. Also, there are shops, bakery and pharmacy. My neighbours come from different villages, and they are kind and helpful. I like my neighbourhood because it is clean, quiet and peaceful

There are a lot of ways to stay healthy. First, you should eat healthful food , such as: fruits, vegetable and fresh meat. Second, you should drink a lot of water and ather good beverages. Also, you should relax, read some books and get enough sleep. More over, you should exercise both your mind and your body.​
