Dear sir …

This is to inform you that I bought ticket no.7845784 to travel to Madrid on 22/11/2012 . upon arriving to the air port , I discovered that the whole flight was cancelled .


I wasn't beforehand unfortunately , I had to cancelled my vacation and all my hotel reservations .

I lost more than 500 us dollar because of this irresponsible act . I there forme , request that you make up for this great loss and the cancellation of my trip

عندي استفسار ..

بعض الدكاترة عطوا الطلبة رايتنق عن تقديم اعتذار بسبب تقديم شكوى للشركة مثلا

في حين ان دكتورنا عطانا رايتنق عن تقديم شكوى للشركة على خطأ ما مثل اللاب توب خراب !

فما ادري اي الرايتنق مطلوب هل كتابة اعتذار او شكوى !!
